How do I upload my imaging?
Successfully uploading your relevant imaging is an extremely important step! Getting your scans in Dr. Hepworth’s system involves 2 simple steps. #1) Pay the one-time processing fee on the following page by clicking the blue “Get Started” button above. #2) Upload your scans on the provided portal after successful payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
How many studies can I upload? Is there a limit?
It is important to ONLY upload studies that will be relevant to Dr. Hepworth’s review of your situation. If 10 or more studies are uploaded, an additional fee of $15 PER STUDY will be applied.
What is your return policy?
Once images uploads are purchased and uploaded, there is no refund available.
Are my images safe?
Your DICOM imaging is stored with the highest standards of medical data security on our InteleShare platform. We implement multiple layers of protection, including:
• HIPAA-compliant infrastructure: All data is stored and transmitted in compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• End-to-end encryption: DICOM images are encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL and AES-256).

How long does it take for my images to arrive in Dr. Hepworth’s system?
Upon successful payment you will be provided the upload link. Once your studies are uploaded, they are immediately available for Dr. Hepworth’s team to review. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is NOT an appointment scheduling service. Please call for appointment slot.
